Exchange Eligibility

  • Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.

  • International Orders:
    International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Bags, and other accessories are not eligible for exchange unless the product is received in a defective condition.

  • Color & Fabric Disclaimer: We do not accept exchanges for color tone differences, lighting variations, or fabric texture variations.

Exchange Process

  • Request Submission:
    Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery via email at info@kosmoh.com /  kosmohlifestyle@gmail.com or call/whatsapp at +917734970912. 

  • Self-Shipping: You can ship the product yourself at the below address: 

    Kosmoh Lifestyle, Number 39, Satya Path, Neemuch, Madhya Pradhesh 458441, India, +91-7734970912.

    After dispatch, please share the AWB number, courier name, and proof of dispatch.
    Shipping charges will be reimbursed by us. Note: Kosmoh is not responsible for loss/damage during self-shipping.

     

     

 

  •  Pickup: You can request a pickup within India. Our team will assist you for the same. 
  1. Quality Check & Dispatch:
    After the returned item passes quality inspection, we will dispatch the product within 7–10 working days.

    • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Refund Policy

  • No Returns & No Refunds:
    Kosmoh does not offer returns or refunds for domestic or international orders once products are delivered.

  • International Orders:
    International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns. 

  • Sale Items:
    Products marked as “Sale” or discounted are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
