International Orders:

Exchange Process

Request Submission:

Self-Shipping: You can ship the product yourself at the below address:

After dispatch, please share the AWB number, courier name, and proof of dispatch.
Shipping charges will be reimbursed by us. Note: Kosmoh is not responsible for loss/damage during self-shipping.

Pickup: You can request a pickup within India. Our team will assist you for the same.

Quality Check & Dispatch:
After the returned item passes quality inspection, we will dispatch the product within 7–10 working days.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Refund Policy

No Returns & No Refunds:
Kosmoh does not offer returns or refunds for domestic or international orders once products are delivered.
